Software License Agreement

Scope

This agreement applies to the Velocity Rank AI platform, including the AI Rank Intelligence Engine, the Velocity AI Rank Tool, dashboards, reports and related software (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform you agree to this agreement. Your service agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

License

While your plan is active and paid, Velocity Rank AI gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own internal business purposes, within the limits of your plan.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify or create derivative works of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the Platform's source code, models or data.
• Resell, sublicense or share access with anyone outside your organization.
• Use the Platform to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the Platform's security or operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you provide. You give us permission to process it to deliver and improve the Platform. We may use aggregated data that does not identify you or your customers to train and improve our models and services.

Ownership

Velocity Rank AI and its licensors own the Platform, including its software, models, designs and documentation. This agreement grants a license and does not transfer ownership.

Updates and availability

We regularly update the Platform and may add, change or remove features. We work to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party data sources can change or become unavailable.

AI-generated output

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and reports. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing content before you publish it.

Term and termination

Your license lasts while your plan is active. We may suspend or end access if you breach this agreement or your payment is overdue. When your license ends you must stop using the Platform. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive.

Warranty disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be error free or that it will produce any specific ranking, traffic or revenue result.

Limitation of liability

The limitation of liability in our Terms of Service applies to this agreement.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
